Returns & Exchanges

US Orders Return Policy

VALORIAN accepts returns of unworn items, with original tags and original packaging with the SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order (the return window begins on the day tracking shows as delivered). Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days after the request to qualify for a full refund.

For orders with multiple packages, the timeframe begins from the delivery date and time of the final package.

Returned orders that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may reject the return entirely.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please note that it may take VALORIAN 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process it. We will send you an email once the return has been processed to confirm the details.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear
  • Face masks
  • Underwear / Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Open-pack wholesale orders

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request a Return

Email us at shopvalorian@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item details.

2. Pack & Ship

Pack unworn items in their original packaging with the SKU label. Ship the package within 7 days of your request.
